Project Overview & Design Phase Details

Thank you for your interest in this custom build! At this stage, the payment of $100 covers only the drawings/renderings of the design. These renderings will help you visualize the piece in your space and confirm all design elements before moving forward with fabrication.

What You’ll Receive in the Design Phase

Once the $100 design deposit is complete, you will receive professional sketches/renderings that show:

• Front view of the furniture
• Rear angle view for dimensional perspective
• Drawers shown open and closed to demonstrate functionality and layout

✔️ All design images will be available for instant download immediately after payment.

✔️ Includes up to 3 additional drawings for edits/changes, so adjustments can be made before fabrication begins.

Right now, your $100 rendering fee secures the design phase. Once designs are approved, a full contract and invoice will be provided for the build. A 50% deposit will then be required to begin fabrication or your choice to make installments via ShopPay.
