Only the products, services, dimensions, materials, finishes, and features specifically outlined in the approved estimate, invoice, proposal, product listing, workshop registration, or project description are included in the scope of work.

Custom projects are created based on customer-approved descriptions, measurements, sketches, renderings, photographs, specifications, and design references.

By approving a custom project, the customer acknowledges that:

• Final products may vary slightly from renderings or photographs.
• Natural wood characteristics will vary.
• Minor design modifications may be required for structural integrity, safety, functionality, manufacturability, installation requirements, or material availability.
• Dimensions may vary slightly due to handcrafted construction methods.

Custom projects are non-refundable once production has begun.

Renderings, sketches, illustrations, mockups, CAD drawings, AI-generated images, CNC previews, and digital visualizations are intended for planning and conceptual purposes only.

The customer understands that:

• Final products may vary slightly from renderings.
• Wood grain, color, texture, figure, knots, and natural characteristics vary.
• Lighting, stain absorption, finishing techniques, and material availability may affect final appearance.
• Minor modifications may be necessary for structural integrity, safety, manufacturability, CNC toolpaths, installation requirements, or material limitations.

Livish Woodwork reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments necessary to successfully complete a project while maintaining the overall design intent.

Many Livish Woodwork products are handcrafted using natural materials.

Customers acknowledge that variations in:

• Wood grain
• Color
• Figure
• Texture
• Knots
• Character markings
• Live edges
• Resin patterns
• Stain absorption
• Seasonal wood movement

are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects. No two handcrafted pieces will be identical.

Estimated completion dates are provided as good-faith estimates and are not guarantees.

Project timelines may be affected by:

• Material availability
• Vendor delays
• Shipping delays
• Equipment maintenance
• Design revisions
• Weather conditions
• Illness or emergencies
• Workshop scheduling
• Other unforeseen circumstances

Livish Woodwork will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when applicable.

Project pricing is outlined within the approved estimate, invoice, proposal, product listing, workshop registration, or order description.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit or debit card
• Shop Pay
• Approved electronic payment methods

Work may not begin until payment, deposit, installment, or financing arrangements have been received and approved.

For installment payment arrangements, customers agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the approved payment plan.

Completed products remain the property of Livish Woodwork until paid in full.

Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders.

Design fees, consultation fees, rendering fees, and project development fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a design fee is credited toward a future project, the credit applies only under the terms outlined in the project proposal.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all project details before providing approval, including:

• Dimensions
• Spelling
• Layout
• Materials
• Finishes
• Colors
• Hardware selections

Once approval has been provided and fabrication has begun, additional changes may result in additional fees and timeline extensions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Delivery fees are separate from project pricing.
• Shipping fees are separate from project pricing.
• Installation fees are separate from project pricing.
• Site-specific modifications may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to delivery or installation locations.

Completed projects not picked up within thirty (30) days of completion may be subject to storage fees.

Projects remaining unclaimed for ninety (90) days may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.

Ready-made products may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of receipt unless otherwise stated.

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Deposits
• Workshop registrations within seventy-two (72) hours of the event

If a custom project is canceled after design work, material purchasing, file preparation, fabrication, or production has begun:

• Design fees will be retained.
• Deposits become non-refundable.
• Customers may be responsible for costs already incurred.

By registering for a workshop or class, participants acknowledge that woodworking activities involve inherent risks, including the use of tools, machinery, sharp objects, wood dust, finishes, and other materials.

Participants agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions.
• Wear required safety equipment.
• Participate at their own risk.
• Disclose any conditions that may affect safe participation.

Livish Woodwork reserves the right to remove participants who fail to follow safety guidelines without refund.

Workshop registrations are non-refundable within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled event unless otherwise stated.

Products containing custom names, logos, artwork, dates, photographs, or personalized content are not eligible for return or refund unless an error was made by Livish Woodwork.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, artwork, photographs, or designs provided for custom projects.

Livish Woodwork assumes no responsibility for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims related to client-supplied materials.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Livish Woodwork reserves the right to photograph completed projects, workshop activities, and finished products for portfolio, educational, social media, website, and marketing purposes.

No personal client information will be shared without permission.
