1. Custom Orders and Payment

• Custom orders are crafted to meet the specific needs and preferences of the client. Therefore, all sales are final once work on the project has commenced.

• Clients must provide all project details and specifications prior to making payment. This includes dimensions, materials, finishes, and any specific design elements.

• Full payment is required before work begins. Invoices must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Changes and Additional Requests

• After payment, any changes to the project (e.g., design alterations, materials, or finishes) will result in additional costs. These costs will be invoiced separately and must be paid before further work continues.

• Livish Woodwork LLC reserves the right to deny changes to the project once work has begun, depending on the nature and feasibility of the request.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Once the work on the project has started, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom nature of the order.

• In the event of a cancellation request prior to the start of the project, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and material costs.

• No refunds will be provided on completed custom work.

4. Timeline and Delivery

• Livish Woodwork LLC will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as material availability or design complexity.

• Clients will be notified of any changes to the timeline as soon as possible.

• Delivery and/or shipping fees are not included in the project cost unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any additional shipping costs if applicable.

5. Design Rights and Intellectual Property

• While the custom piece is created for the client, all design rights and intellectual property related to the project remain the sole property of Livish Woodwork LLC.

• The client may not sell, reproduce, or use the design for commercial purposes.

• Livish Woodwork LLC reserves the right to use images of the custom piece for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

6. Client's Responsibility

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all information and measurements provided are accurate and complete.

• Livish Woodwork LLC is not liable for inaccuracies in the order details provided by the client.

7. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

• Livish Woodwork LLC guarantees that the custom piece will meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of the order. However, minor variations in color, grain, and texture may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood.

• The client agrees that Livish Woodwork LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by improper handling, storage, or installation after delivery.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the custom order will be addressed in good faith between the client and Livish Woodwork LLC. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the laws governing Livish Woodwork LLC's business location.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By making payment for a custom order, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
