Project Overview

This proposal outlines the design and fabrication of six (6) custom arm-wrestling plaques for DND Fitness Apparel. Each plaque will be uniquely crafted in the shape of a beer glass, with wording and image engraved (details below)

Design Features

• Material: High-quality oak wood 
• Shape: Beer glass silhouette 
• Dimension: 11" x 9"x 3/4" (LxWxH)
• Engraved Details:
• "The Right To Brew Arms Presented by DND Fitness Apparel"
• "1st Place"
• "March 8, 2025"
• The DND Fitness Apparel logo on 1 shoulder
• American flag on 1 shoulder
• A graphic of two arms wrestling while holding a beer glass

Deliverables

• Six (6) custom-designed and fabricated plaques
• Finalized PNF & PNG files for client use in future reproductions or modifications (black & white and color)
• Design revisions to refine the original concept before production (completed on 2/14/25)

Pricing

• Design & File Conversion (PNF & PDF): $100
• Fabrication of Six (6) Plaques: $75 per plaque ($450 total)
• Total Project Cost: $550

Timeline

• Initial Design & Revisions: February 15, 2025
• Fabrication & Completion: March 6, 2025

Terms & Conditions

• Choice of full payment or partial payment using ShopPay is required to begin the project.
• Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon design phase may incur extra costs.

Payment & Refund Policy:

All payments for custom project designs are final and non-refundable. If a refund for the commissioned project is requested, it must be submitted within three (3) days of the payment date. Refunds will only cover the cost of materials and labor—design fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the client is dissatisfied with the service due to deliverables not being met as outlined in the original agreement, there will be an opportunity to discuss options to rectify the issue. Our goal is to ensure quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction while upholding the integrity of custom work.
