Terms & Conditions for Renderings & Sketches
1. Payment & Refund Policy
• Once the agreed-upon design fee has been paid and the design has been released to the client, it is non-refundable.
2. Revisions & Drafts
• The client may request up to three (3) revisions as long as the changes align with the original project scope.
• Any revisions that introduce new elements or significant modifications outside the original discussion may require a new design fee, to be determined at the discretion of the designer.
3. Additional Design Fees
• If the requested revisions include new components or changes that require a fresh design, an additional design fee may apply.
• The designer will assess whether the requested changes require a new design fee and will notify the client before proceeding.
By proceeding with the design process, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
