Project Overview
This proposal outlines the design, fabrication, and installation of custom shelving and wine rack lattice replacement. All pieces will be crafted with attention to detail, using high-quality oak plywood, stained in a walnut finish with a semi-gloss top coat to ensure both beauty and durability.
Scope of Work
1. Floating Shelves
• Quantity: 13 shelves
• Dimensions: 20” wide x 10” deep x 2.5” thick
• Material: Oak plywood
• Finish: Walnut stain with semi-gloss clear coat
• Design Features: Rounded edges for a soft, refined appearance
• Mounting: Secure floating bracket installation (hardware included)
2. U-Shaped Shelving Unit
• Quantity: 3 custom units
• Dimensions (each): 10” deep x 38” length x 29” width x 2.5” thick
• Material: Oak plywood
• Finish: Walnut stain and semi-gloss finish to match floating shelves
• Design Features: Rounded edges, clean U-shape design
• Mounting: Built to be mounted securely onto an existing pillar
3. Wine Rack Lattice Replacement
• Quantity: 2 lattice layers
• Dimensions: Approximately 14.5” x 26.5” each
• Material: Natural wood
• Finish: Walnut stain to match shelves
• Design: Custom-fitted to replace existing wine rack lattice - vertical design
Timeline (following based on secured deposit by April 11, 2025)
• Fabrication & Finishing: May 11, 2025
• Installation: Scheduled upon completion of fabrication (complete by May 17, 2025 )
Investment
• 13 Floating Shelves: $1560
• 3 U-Shaped Shelving Units: $1350
• Wine Rack Lattice Replacement: $400
• Reeded wall panels- stained wood: (included) (updated 4/8/25)
• Total Project Estimate: $3910 (including materials, labor, finish, and installation) Pricing is subject to change if the client opts to complete portions of the project or in separate phases.
Terms & Payment
• A full deposit is required to begin the project. Alternatively, you may choose to use Shop Pay at checkout to break your payment into manageable installments.
• If a refund is requested within 3 days of payment, only material and labor costs will be refunded.
• If deliverables are not met per the original agreement, we will gladly discuss options to make it right.
